I left this article laying unfinished for too long to even remember who was in this cycle so this is quite an exacting task for me to go through photos from their photo shoots and remember who I liked and who I didn't.

Monster - White Christmas [k-drama]

ARE MONSTERS BORN OR MADE?

White Christmas, also know as "Monster" is the most recent k-drama I really fell in love with.

Why I consider this drama so amazing and what makes it better than other k-dramas?
-It has only 8 episodes :D
Not kidding.

No, I sincerely believe, that's not the only good point. It just doesn't feel like a drama, and I really mean it. No classical clichés, as even the story is quite different (at least, when it comes to k-drama world), great soundtrack which makes the thrilling story even more suspenseful.

Also...it has many many many good looking actors playing a really well made characters.

And Lee Soo Hyuk playing a pretty insane guy, so called "Angel"...

You gotta love him!!!

What's the plot about? : There's an elite school attended by the top 1% of students in the country "imprisoned" there for the whole year except 8 days during the Christmas holiday. And here the story starts, when all the students leave except a few of them and one teacher of their.
But from the very start, things are getting more and more complicated to the point they have to fight for their own lives.

"After 8 days, walk up the path by the zelkova tree. Under the clock you will see….someone dead.
..."

I hope I whet an appetitefor watching it of those, who haven't heard about it yet, or those who have been postponing watching it as I used to do before.

About my J-drama marathon

Maybe some of you have noticed notes about my J-drama marathon (at the right of my blog, the Currently section) I started at Sunday and during the next 6 days I watched a lot of J-drama I wanted to see for quite a long time (although a bunch of theme is still waiting for being watched as I even downloaded some new in the wave of my ardour x)

So I will drop a few worlds about all the series I saw, maybe to warn or inspire others what to watch and what doesn't.
If you have seen any of them, I'd be glad to read your ideas or points about the show you liked or disliked and your opinion in total x)

I started with something rather stupid as I tried to alternate comedies and dramas (although I'm not really into comedies, but watching too many really serious things in a row is not exactly good idea x)

1.Asuko march!

It may be the classical J-drama portrayed by a stupid and annoying heroine with many beautiful boys around her, but it was really a good drama or one of the really well done of its kind (according to my taste)
Yes,many clichés as usual, many irritating moments caused by the main heroine, her constantly running somewhere and falling, all the really deep(NOT)speeches,BUT it had many funny scenes and humor I likedx)

About the story itself..a girl studying at technical school full of boys with only one other girl (which actually hates her).
As I'm really a huge fan of Gouriki Ayame (do not care that she's not that good actress, she's drop dead beautiful and CUTE :O) and I really liked the Aruto's character here..x)

2.Watashi ga renai dekinai riyuu

I had a great expectation of this drama because of the story about 3 girls of different ages,who are all stuck in the desert of (no)love, starting to live together, sharing all, their miseries as same as hopes and happiness. 

I'm too sorry to say,nothing so special in the end. Maybe I just wasn't in the right mood for this sort of drama, so dividing it into parts would have a better outcome rather than watching it all at once.

3. Kaseifu no mita

I'm not sure actually. I liked it, but sometimes I was a bit bored as it tend to be repetitive and somehow problems seemed to take too long to be solved.
 I was quite torn apart if it's really good, or rather bad, but some quite innovative things really appeared as a new type of father, and children's characters were really well done.
Story has many highlights. Something was too dramatized, something was well done so the emotions even touched me. (for example Kakeru's crush down)
About the story, 4 children of a different age whose mum unexpectedly died and their father is far from being the ideal papa of their. The mess rules the household until a new housekeeper appear.
Someone who would do anything you will order him to do. Even kill someone. Except smiling of course.

But I have noticed during this serial, that I'm absolutely resistant to this wanna-be-touching speeches.
Do not even thing about them...

4. Muscle girl!

An absolute fiasco. Never again. I hardly completed it. Almost dropped it, but I don't like doing that so I tried really hard to finish it. It seems I want be able to enjoy anything related to Hong Ki, because of this master-rubbish.

5. Soredemo, ikite yuku

Yes, I'm a huge fan of Eita, but it didn't play that huge role in my rating.
I just love this sort of dramas and I've actually knew the whole time, that it will become my favorite.
It's absolutely believable story of hatred and lost of two families which both are living pitiful lives. All the emotions are portrayed by amazing actors, so you will be mostly touched (as I was) and drawn down the flow of the story. 

Also...One of the most believable  affection I have seen filmed included. x)
Unfortunately the last episode or the final solution was taking the whole serial down.

Australia's next top model cycle 3

A cycle I would call Alice's cycle cause of Alice Burdeu's flawlessness and pure beauty... even though I know the winner much earlier, I still enjoyed it and stayed rooting for Alice to the end. To be honest, there was no competitor to her,really...all the girls there, drama-queens,children and girls joining this show without deeper passion for fashion...

Somehow, this cycle screamed "reality show" much stronger than others did. All what the girls were doing was bitching and not caring about fashion at all (Karl's sentence "Karl who" here got the true meaning...like WHUT GIRLS?)

I also haven't got Paloma Rodriguez yet. Such a strange creature...
Jane Williamson was one of the lighter spots,a girl I quite liked (or I would like if..), but I'm over it already that all these interesting and androgynous or unusual in some way tends to don't care and fuck that all..fufufu

Also Cassandra Hughes would win a prize for the least favorite of mine as she drove me mad even by the way she spoke. Dumb, annoying, dumb and really ugly!

If nothing, this cycle brought our ethereal Alice...

Australia's Next Top Model cycle 4

The second cycle I saw right after the cycle 5,however I must admit that it was much weaker. Although there were some girls I rooted for, it was usually because they were enemies of those I hated. No absolute fav at all... just a lotsa dramas,bitching and fattening in the house...

And what's more, the house was really full of competitive bitches so they even bullied one of my most favorite girl there  Alamela Rowan  (maybe I started to like her even more after the bully issue, as she was really strong and didn't care.)

But they sent her home quite early and so they did with Belinda Hodge, another of those, I quite like for her being so clumsy and geeky XD

Another of these I liked was Leiden Kronemberger. Or rather I like her look (tomboy,white hair, I'm so so obvious,don't tell me more..)
But it seemed as she isn't giving her all in to it,giving up things too soon etc.

In the end only these two girls remained, and I had to root for Alex (the left one),cause she knew at least something about fashion (actually she was quite a fashionista x) and I couldn't forgive Demelza's bullying issue and get over her personality I didn't like.

This cycle was pretty weak, neither huge potentials or really pretty girls. And I think, that everytime someone sucked, judges were making decisions based on how pretty the contestants are, not how good photos they had before...
Pfuuu...
Gonna watch the third session,although I know it's winner already, but she seemed to be my potential fav x)

Australia's Next Top Model cycle 5

And the first Australia's cycle I started with. And Honestly, I really like it except the final episode, which is too long and too public attention seeking.

Also, Sarah Murdoch is a great host, it's not Tyra,

but I like her more than Jodhi Meares who's "Tyra" in the previous Australian cycles. 

In my opinion, this cycle was full of flawless girls.

Maybe too much.

A sweetheart I was truly in love was Madison. She was such a little madcap, making all sorts of funny faces. I wish she would take it more seriously and stay longer.

Then I like Mikarla for being the tiniest, still pretty strong personality. 

After Madison, I was rooting for Clare Venema,as she has such an angelic face, was elegant and ethereal.

With whom I straggled the most was our delicate Cassi Van Den Dungen

Yes, she's such an unusual beauty, the type of model I really love cause they're like a little magic, coming in front of the camera and becoming a new creatures.

But she was just so immature, hysterical, old-fashioned with absolutely no taste in style.

God, forgive me, I really ended up rooting for her to win...

Another girl I firstly didn't like cause I viewed her like a typical mainstream pretty, butI  eventually found a way to like her a bit..

 

Next time, I'm gonna speak about the 4th cycle.
I hope there's at least someone who's interested x)

America's next top model C11-17

Quite backwards, but I had this draft saved for a months and after watching the newest 18th cycle I'm finally here finishing this post with a follow-up of the first post about the first 10 cycles ANTM and my favorite contestants from there.

It's scary, but sometimes, I just feel like rewatching it, but I'm not that insane yet! So I won't.
Although my life became so empty without all these bitches and their quarrels,photo shoots, challenges etc. I also started to watch Britain's and Australia's versions, which are quite good too..
Unfortunately there are no subtitles for korea's or japan's next top model to be found!damn it!

Ghibli marathon

Recent...well It's already a bit old, as it's concerning the previous week when I had much more time, as there was almost nothing to do for school (Maturita exam time..)
But again, I did nothing meaningful except for my little Ghibli marathon x)
The Ponyo from the Clift made me wanna watch as much from those I haven't seen yet as possible.. and so I watched...

America's next top model review

I quess I've already mentioned it before, maybe even more than only once... My current obsession with America's next top model...Few days ago, I finished the 10th circle...
So I decided to make an article about my favs girls..x)
(Photos only of girls I really liked)

Cycle 1

Right in the first circle, I completely fell for Elyse Sewell. She's remained one of my most favorite until now.

Fortunately, I also liked her character, because usually while watching this show, I aim to kill some of the girls which are pretty, but endlessly stupid and irritating!
In the end, I even liked the first cycle's winner Adrianne Curry, but she didn't become my fav. (too big sort of sex bomb maybe..even I like the Angelina Jolie's something in her)

Cycle 2

  For me a cycle of big improvements... Like Shandi Sullivan I really rooted for...(and I'm quite sad she didn't remain being model, but I love her looks, hair-cuts etc.. **)

And also Yoanna House's path to fulfilling her dream. Until her victory, I always thought, that the one who gets it usually has to be someone who doesn't really desire it or lives for it. 

And event though the bitch of circle 2 was Camille, I was rather irritated by Catie (and sometimes Xiomara which I didn't like visually)..Camille is my most favorite bitch from all series ♥ XD

Cycle 3

Eva the diva wasn't that bad, but absolutely not my fav!

They eliminated Nicole quite soon, Norelle  was Norelle even though her cuteness and Amanda was so fabulous in her photos, that she just had to be lacking in her personality (at least for me...I liked her, but I find myself don't like her personality so much many many times)

..And Yaya was Yaya although she was pretty x)
And the whole Japan hurt LIKE HELL!

Cycle 4

Keenyah : the bitch
Rebecca : The one with the least elegant fainting EVER!

Kahlen Rondot : I ended up rooting for her and liking her so much ♥

+ Naima Mora the winner and also the one I was rooting for from the very start.
(And Yes, I loved the personality Tyra couldn't see..)

(However she's not really my cup of tea..but maybe that resemblance to Winona Ryder or something)

Cycle 5

  And one of the most interesting I quess...

I ultimately hate Cassandra Whitehead for her idiocy..After they cut her hair I almost fall in love with her...she looked so amazing, but her despicable behavior made her one of the most irritant girl in whole show...

 Bre...puf...Just let me forget.

Lisa? No I've never start liking her..

Nicole is beautiful, but if you know her personality it's impossible to like her photos as you'd do...

And Kim Stolz...Yay! for her, cause I liked her there (I'm so glad I overcame that irritating things she did there...!) and I like her after the end of cycle even more.

Just look how stunning she's become!

Cycle 6

Nnenna : Just NOPE 

  Forunda  : Someone who was so absolutely off :D but at least likable contrary to so conceited Jade Cole..Differently from panel, I didn't believe in her at all! 

For example Mollie Sue Steenis-Gondi could stay there instead of Jade!

And in the end, I ended up rooting for Joanie, cause I sympathized with her and the torture of the tooth pain she had to gone through. 

Cycle 7

  And a cycle what brought many great models I think...As twins Amanda and Michelle Babin  

Actually I was at Michelle's side. She was nature and giving it only to those who want it so hard isn't usually for the best..

I never got the perfectness of Anchal look and I couldn't start to like her as I also did in the cause of  Jaeda (Simply, I didn't like her!) And Melrose...

I almost felt sorry for her, that I couldn't bring myself liking her, even she tried so so hard...

And since "hiding easily" CariDee absolutely drag me on her side.

Cycle 8

  At the very start, I was in love with looks of Samantha (I'm glad she's doing well in fashion industry),Sarah (but she turned up being not that natural and not that amusing for me), Felicia (of which elimination I'm still quite sad...she could stay there a bit longer) and Brittany (simply bitch...she irritated be whole time : it's so unfair that these dull cases of craps could look as stunning as she does).

Jael, such a lunatic person, but not so build for fashion I think... (I really felt shame instead of her)

About Renee...I don't know, maybe she drag me a little to her side by her emotion extortions, but I never really cheered for her.

Natasha was once again, simply off... strange human being itself,really. 

Jaslene...Ok, I quess she must be happy to fulfill her dream... 

Cycle 9

In my opinion, Victoria was build for fashion, event though she was kicked out soon, and didn't persuade modeling at all..

Than, right from the start I was so zealous for Heather Kuzmich

Just now I realized how engrossed I'm in to short hair XD There're so many amazing photos of her with her long hair and once again, I just have to choose this XDBriefly about others...
Ebony : It's funny but I found her cute..XD

Lisa : was constantly annoying me

Bianca : the bitch

Jenah : I really like her unusual beauty, therefore I'm sad she hasn't remained modeling.

Chantal : If you're that beautiful,symmetrical etc. of course your photos have to be amazing. I've never really got to like her.

Saleisha : She's likable, she's cute, she did great...if she has that something to be a Top Model? I don't think so... (she's again..too perfect for my gauge of unusualness)

Cycle 10

  Kimberly could be great as a model.

Amis was just bad.

Claire Unabia was my favorite (and her personality doesn't suck..yaaay XD)

 Och my..do you see the slightly resemblance to Keira Knightley ♥_♥

Lauren Utter's face was nearly heaven..but there it ends XD

To the hell with Dominique because Dominique looks old and annoys way too much!

Fatima looks as a black version of expensive Barbie I've never had. (angelic face..really..but again, she acted stupidly at times)

Katarzyna Dolinska which actually didn't stand out for me there, but I really like her work after the show..

Anya Rozova..it's a capitol itself..I mean her voice, her looks, her personality...love it or hate it..or alternate these. I really struggled with the feeling that she's dumb, but since they came to Rome and the first thing she did was falling on her face, I loved her. Yes, for her being so dumb XD

I looooove her being blond (shame she hasn't remained blond) but this could work for her hem?

And finally Whitney the winner...And I liked her. She had personality and she has what it takes to be the first plus size Top Model I think (she's the first Plus size from all circles I actually liked).

And now, I can't wait for 11th,12th and 13th circle cause I was told, that these are one of the best seasons!!!
